The veggie omelet and avocado toast were also solid choices, but the pancakes are the clear must-try. A few downsides: the espresso machine was out of order, service felt a bit understaffed, and small details like real cream or milk in a proper container (instead of tiny plastic cups) and better-quality preserves would elevate the experience. Those little Smucker’s packs just don’t cut it—plus, they’re not very sustainable. Overall, I’d recommend it and will definitely return, but I hope they fine-tune some of the small details!
The pancakes were really good and we also had the veggie omelet. The omelet was my favorite and the potatoes were perfect, crispy outside and soft inside. The best omelet I've had in a long time! Raquel was very friendly, polite, and professional. Great breakfast experience!
Raquel was an excellent hostess! Very kind, patient and punctual. She made sure our orders were correct and of course delicious! Cafe Bistro is definitely a little slice of heaven in Pensacola! Everything was SO good. The BLT was on point, and the sugar free ice latte was still sweet & oh so satisfying. Raquel was our waitress & she was very bubbly & humble, she definitely was the cherry on top to the my first CafeBistro experience!
We got there a few minutes early, but they accepted us right in. Wonderful staff, the food was amazing. I really enjoyed this place for breakfast would definitely do it again.

Came to eat on Christmas Eve morning and the food was amazing we had the Alana’s Benedict, bistro platter, and biscuits with sausage gravy. Zero complaints every dish was perfect. You gotta try the pancakes best pancakes we’ve ever had! Service was perfect! Ladies were very nice and were on top of checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Food came out fast as well. Definitely coming again when we are back in town. 10 out 10 for service, food, and ambiance
